Damping panels

Bondal is a composite sandwich consisting of two metal skins and a viscoelastic material in the middle. The proprietary viscoelastic material acts as an acoustic barrier as well as a vibration damper. Bondal is available with aluminum or galvanized steel skins in raw finish, white or color matched. Sheet sizes are 1000mm x 20000mm or 1250mm x 2500mm.

VBS Isolation Mounts and Rail System

Each of these durable, universal mounts are designed to decouple the structure and the ceiling system, resulting in both reduced vibration and noise throughout the vessel.

  • The easily adjustable brackets are available in 25 and 50mm heights.

  • 3 different rubber densities.

  • Safety lock system for quick and easy installation.

  • Can be used with most existing rail systems.

  • Versatile use for yachts and commercial vessels.

  • Depending on weight and fire-rating requirements, mounts are adaptable to multiple configurations without sacrificing performance.

  • In many cases, the mounts can also be used for mounting vertical panels.

Isolation foam

Polyurethane foam available in various densities.  Used primarily as an isolator to prevent vibration transfer between panels & structure. Extremely effective for floating floors, walls and similar applications.

Aluminum composite panels

Lightweight and highly versatile, Dibond panels combine two 0.3 mm aluminium surface layers with a polyethylene core and comes with a protective film on both sides. Front and reverse side are either stove lacquered, with white or coloured surfaces and with either matt or high-gloss surfaces, anodized or even textured.
